Creator Prohibited Use Policy

Do not use FonadaLabs services to threaten child safety in any way. This includes:

• Creating, distributing, or promoting sexually explicit material involving minors via voice synthesis or any other output, or otherwise facilitating or promoting the exploitation or sexualization of children
• Creating, distributing, or sharing age-inappropriate material that targets minors and promotes sexual content, graphic violence, obscenity, or other mature themes
• Facilitating or promoting child abuse or exploitation in any form
• Contributing to cyberbullying or harassment of any minor, including creating material that shames, humiliates, or threatens a minor

We report material containing apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities, including the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), as required by law.

Do not use our Services to engage in illegal activities. This includes:

• Infringing, misappropriating, or otherwise violating another party's intellectual property rights, including using voice cloning to reproduce copyrighted audio without authorization
• Violating another party's privacy rights as defined under applicable Indian and international law
• Creating or facilitating the exchange of illegal goods, services, or substances, including material that promotes transactions in illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, human trafficking, or sexual services
• Using synthesized voices to impersonate law enforcement, government officials, or authorized personnel for unlawful purposes

Do not use our Services to facilitate activities that may significantly affect the wellbeing of others. This includes:

• Engaging in or facilitating the use, acquisition, or exchange of regulated drugs or controlled substances through AI-generated voice content without prior written authorization from FonadaLabs
• Providing tailored professional advice via AI voice output without (i) a qualified professional reviewing the output before delivery to end users, and (ii) clear disclosure that AI was used. This includes financial advice, legal services, and medical or mental health guidance
• Facilitating real-money gambling activities or predatory lending services
• Engaging in high-stakes automated decision-making that may affect an individual's wellbeing through voice-driven systems

Do not use our Services for fraudulent, predatory, or abusive practices. This includes:

• Manipulating or deceiving others using AI-generated voices to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information such as bank account details, Aadhaar numbers, PAN details, or health data
• Defrauding others via financial scams, phishing calls, or social engineering using cloned voices
• Evading platform guardrails, including voice verification mechanisms
• Engaging in or facilitating unauthorized robocalling — using automated dialing systems or AI-generated voice messages to place phone calls without direct human oversight or recipient consent
• Generating or distributing spam via voice calls, including call bombing or any communication designed to overwhelm or disrupt systems or users

Do not create or use FonadaLabs audio output to intentionally replicate another person's voice:

• Without the explicit consent or legal right of the person whose voice is being cloned, including taking unauthorized actions on their behalf
• In a way that harasses, defames, or causes harm to that person, including unauthorized sexualization
• In a manner intended to deceive others about whether the voice was generated by artificial intelligence
• To create deepfake audio content intended to damage reputation, spread misinformation, or manipulate public opinion

All creators submitting voices to the Voice Arena must have explicit consent from the voice owner. FonadaLabs reserves the right to request proof of consent at any time and to remove voices where consent cannot be demonstrated.

Do not use FonadaLabs services in the context of elections to undermine democratic processes. This includes:

• Inciting, engaging in, or facilitating voter suppression or disruption of electoral processes, including creating or distributing misleading information via AI-generated voice content
• Impersonating political candidates, elected officials, or Election Commission representatives, regardless of whether authorization was obtained
• Engaging in political campaigning, including promoting or advocating for a particular candidate or issue, or soliciting votes or financial contributions using synthesized voices

Do not use our Services to threaten the security, availability, or integrity of any network or system. This includes:

• Attempting to obtain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or FonadaLabs infrastructure
• Facilitating the creation or use of malware, spyware, or other harmful code through voice-driven systems
• Using AI voice capabilities for surveillance or unauthorized monitoring of individuals

Do not create violent, hateful, or harassing material using FonadaLabs services outside of fictional contexts. This includes:

• Creating, distributing, or engaging in violent threats, extremism, or terrorism via AI-generated voice content
• Promoting or facilitating human trafficking, sexual violence, or exploitation
• Discriminating based on protected characteristics including race, national or ethnic origin, religion, caste, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Promoting harassment, including material that threatens, intimidates, or celebrates the suffering of individuals or groups
• Promoting self-harm, including suicide or eating disorders
• Creating or facilitating the spread of health misinformation or disinformation through AI-generated audio

This section does not apply to activity in purely fictional contexts (e.g., a character in a book, video game, film, or audio drama) or when it is part of reporting on newsworthy activity by third parties (e.g., a news anchor reporting on events).

Do not use our Services in any manner contrary to FonadaLabs' policies or purpose. This includes:

• Selling, reselling, renting, leasing, licensing, or sub-licensing FonadaLabs services or outputs without prior written authorization
• Using data mining, robots, scraping tools, or similar methods to extract data from our Services, except through our official APIs
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of our Services, or attempting to discover source code or model weights
• Using any part of our Services or their output to research and develop competing products, models, or services
• Using our Services or their output as training data for any machine learning or AI model
• Manipulating credits, tokens, or earnings — including creating multiple accounts to exploit free plans, evade enforcement of this Policy, or artificially inflate earnings from the Voice Arena or Creator payouts
• Using another user's account or information without authorization
• Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the functioning of our Services
• Making our Services available to anyone under the age of 13, or between 13 and 18 without parental or guardian consent

Organizations and individuals using FonadaLabs services to power voice-driven applications, AI agents, or any consumer-facing product must:

• Clearly and prominently disclose to end users that they are interacting with AI-generated voice content rather than a human
• When distributing AI-generated audio publicly, label or tag the content to indicate it was synthesized by artificial intelligence
• When using cloned voices for professional services (healthcare, education, customer support), ensure clear AI disclosure is provided before and during the interaction

FonadaLabs operates under the jurisdiction of India. All creators and users must comply with applicable Indian legislation, including but not limited to:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 — Provisions relating to cyber offences, identity theft (Section 66C), cheating by personation using computer resources (Section 66D), and publishing or transmitting obscene or sexually explicit material (Sections 67, 67A, 67B)
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — Obligations regarding lawful processing of personal data, consent requirements, data principal rights, and restrictions on processing children's data
• Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (replacing the Indian Penal Code) — Provisions on criminal impersonation, fraud, defamation, and offences relating to public tranquility
• Copyright Act, 1957 — Protection of original literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works, including audio recordings and voice performances
• IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — Due diligence requirements for intermediaries, content moderation, and grievance redressal mechanisms

While FonadaLabs may review proposed use cases, creators and users are independently responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws to which they are subject.

Enforcement of this Policy is at FonadaLabs' sole discretion. Any failure to enforce this Policy in every instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in other instances.

We use a combination of automated systems, user reports, and human review to assess material and usage that may violate this Policy. For users who violate this Policy, we may:

• Remove the violating material, including voices, audio outputs, and associated data
• Suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform
• Withhold pending earnings or payouts
• Report violations to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities

We encourage you to report any suspected abuse or misuse to info@fonada.com.

We may periodically update this Policy. We will notify you of any significant changes in advance or as required by law. You can check the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy to see when it was last revised. Your continued use of FonadaLabs services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
